New York Liberty activates guard Epiphanny Prince from temporary suspension, waives forward Cierra Burdick

The New York Liberty activated guard Epiphanny Prince from the temporary suspension list and waived forward Cierra Burdick. Prince missed six games while competing for Russia in the 2017 EuroBasket tournament, a qualifier for the 2018 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup. In four games during EuroBasket she averaged 13.0 points per game and 5.0 assists per game.

Before leaving for Europe, Prince appeared in five games for the Liberty, averaging 15.8 points per game and 3.8 assists per game. The Liberty return to action Friday, June 23 hosting the Connecticut Sun on Pride Night at 7:30 p.m. ET.
