The California Golden Bears (22-13, 11-7 Pac-10) head out on the road, playing in the semifinals against the Illinois State Redbirds (28-7, 16-2 Missouri Valley) in Normal, Ill. on Thursday, April 1 at  8:05 p.m. ET.

The Redbirds are back in the WNIT Semifinals for the second-consecutive season. They are the sixth team since 1998 to reach the WNIT Semifinals in consecutive seasons. ISU’s four postseason wins this year are the most in school history.
