Assistant coaches prepare to head to Chicago for professional development symposium

Assistant basketball coaches in collegiate athletic programs around the country are set to converge in Chicago in two weeks for a professional development conference. Last year’s event held in Atlanta received rave reviews from coaches and featured well-known personalities in the world of basketball. This year special guests will include Hall of Fame coach Theresa Grentz and ESPN analyst Carolyn Peck as well as assistant coaches from teams in this year’s NCAA DI Final: Texas A&M’s Kelly Bond and Notre Dame’s Carol Owens.
