UConn-bound Christyn Williams wins 2018 Morgan Wootten Award

UConn-bound Christyn Williams is the winner of the 2018 Morgan Wootten Award. Presented by the McDonald’s All-American Game organizers, the honor goes to outstanding high school basketball stars. Williams will play in the McDonald’s All-American Game on Wednesday, March 28 at Atlanta’s Philips Arena.

Ranked as the top high school guard in the country by ESPN, Williams attends Central Arkansas Christian School in Little Rock, AR. She averages 26.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per game.

Earlier this month Williams was named the Naismith High School Girls’ Player of the Year.
