Los Angeles Sparks re-sign guard Karlie Samuelson

On the first day of WNBA free agency in 2019, the Los Angeles Sparks re-signed guard Karlie Samuelson. Last season as a rookie she appeared in 20 regular season games and one playoff game for the Sparks. In the offseason she is playing for Castors Braine (Belgium), averaging 16.0 points per game and shooting 53.2 percent on three-pointers in Belgian League play.

The Stanford grad is also a member of Great Britain’s women’s national team.
