Big 12 leader Baylor enters the home stretch of the regular season as the No. 1 team in the Sport Tours International/Hoopfeed poll for the third week in a row. With decisive victories over Iowa State and Texas under their belt, the Bears clinched their ninth consecutive regular season crown Monday night after routing the Longhorns 64-35.

Good fortune bypassed Oregon as the Ducks dropped three places after falling at home to this week’s No. 25 team, UCLA. The Bruins enter the poll as they are peaking at the right time in the season with two regular season games left on their schedule and before the Pac-12 Tournament begins next week in Las Vegas.

Another ranked Pac-12 team, Arizona State, had a dismal road trip over the weekend falling to No. 7 Stanford on Friday and previously-ranked California on Sunday. As a result, the Sun Devils fell five places in the poll to No. 21. The road does not get any easier this week for ASU as they host No. 8 Oregon State and Oregon during the coming weekend.

Heading East to the SEC, Kentucky enjoyed a successful road trip at South Carolina, beating the Gamecocks 65-57. The Wildcats also held off LSU 57-52 at home on Sunday. With the wins, Kentucky rose five places to land at No. 12.

  • Other teams that received votes: South Dakota, Utah, Rutgers, South Dakota State, Michigan State, Missouri, BYU, Central Florida, DePaul
