With a tenth Big 12 tournament title under their belt, the Baylor Lady Bears remain atop the Sport Tours International/Hoopfeed poll. The next three teams in the rankings all won their conference championships as well: UConn (AAC), Notre Dame (ACC) and Mississippi State (SEC). No. 5 Louisville lost to No. 3 Notre Dame in the ACC final.

No. 6 Stanford took down last week’s No 6, Oregon, for the Pac-12 title Sunday night in Las Vegas. No. 8 Iowa topped Maryland in the Big Ten final on Sunday as well. The title-game victory helped Iowa gain two spots while Maryland dropped a place.

Iowa State saw positive movement after making a trip to the Big 12 final and battling Baylor. The Cyclones advanced five places to No. 14.

UCLA jumped up four places after making it to the Pac-12 tournament semifinals and taking Oregon to overtime before the Ducks won 88-83.

No team dropped out of the poll.

With several conference tournament finals still to be played, the poll may look even more different next week when all the automatic bids to the NCAA tournament are set.

  • Other teams that received votes: South Dakota, USC, Rutgers, DePaul, South Dakota State, UCF, Missouri, BYU, NC A&T, Wright State.
