Xavier men’s coach on the term mid-major

Xavier men’s head coach Chris Mack was asked about his team being considered a mid-major after his squad reached the Sweet 16 Sunday night:

I really take offense to the comment. We don’t look at ourselves as anything but a high-major program, from the way we travel to the way we recruit to the amenities our kids enjoy.
