WNBA All-Star Game coming to San Antonio for 2011
According to a report in the San Antonio Express-News, the WNBA All-Star Game is set for July 23 in San Antonio at the AT&T Center. On Wednesday, the league sent out a press release that a special announcement would be made in the city at 11:00 a.m. CT.
Attendees at the announcement include:
- Renee Brown, WNBA Chief of Basketball Operations and Player Relations
- Rick Pych, Spurs Sports & Entertainment President of Business Operations
- Russell Warren, Silver Stars Director of Business Operations
- Dan Hughes, Silver Stars General Manger and Head Coach
- Judge Nelson Wolff, Bexar County Judge
