USA Today Coaches Poll for Feb. 9: Tennessee out of poll, Oklahoma State and Duquesne enter

Notes

  • Tennessee (14-9, 5-5) fell out the poll, the first time the Lady Vols have not been in the USA Today top 25 since the final poll of the 2008-09 season. Tennessee is at No. 25 in the Associated Press poll.
  • UConn received all of the first place votes. There were no changes in the top four. South Carolina, Notre Dame and Baylor followed UConn.
  • No. 5 Texas and No. 6 Ohio State rose a place each. Maryland fell two spots to No. 7 after losing to the Buckeyes last night.
  • No. 19 Florida rose three spots to No. 19. The Gators beat Texas A&M last week.
  • Oklahoma State and Duquesne entered the poll tied at No. 24.
  • South Florida fell three spots to No. 20.
