San Antonio Stars sign forward Vicki Baugh to a seven-day contract

The San Antonio Stars announced today that the team has signed forward Vicki Baugh to a seven-day contract. The Stars also waived guard Blake Dietrick.

Baugh (Tennessee, 6’4) most recently played in the WNBA for the Tulsa Shock during the 2014 and 2015 seasons, where she averaged 4.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in 11.9 minutes. During the 2015-16 season, she averaged 6.6 points and 5 rebounds in 12.9 minutes for Winnus (South Korea). Baugh was selected by the Tulsa Shock in the third round (25th overall) of the 2012 WNBA Draft.

Dietrick signed two seven-day contracts with the Stars on July 5 and July 12. She posted 2 points and 3 rebounds in 8 minutes in San Antonio’s July 12 game vs. Minnesota.

Before entering the Olympic Break, the Stars visit the Seattle Storm Wednesday, July 20. San Antonio returns home to host the New York Liberty on Aug. 26.
