Indiana Fever acquires Kayla Alexander in a trade with the Las Vegas Aces

The Indiana Fever acquired five-year WNBA veteran Kayla Alexander in a trade with the Las Vegas Aces. Indiana also receives the Aces’ third-round pick in the 2019 WNBA Draft, in exchange for Indiana’s second-round draft selection in 2019.

Alexander, the No. 8 pick in the first round of the league’s 2013 draft averaged 6.2 points and 3.1 rebounds while appearing in all 34 games with 10 starts last season for the former San Antonio Stars (now the Aces).
